January Meeting Date & Location change
Hey folks,
Sorry to post this at the last minute, but I’m moving the date and location of the first meeting of January to Thursday, the 17th at Mokabe’s on Arsenal (3606 Arsenal), just off Grand in South city.
Mokabe’s is a nice little coffee shop with free wi-fi, food and ice cream, and a whole non-smoking side with a nifty little upstairs area. The plan is to meet upstairs.

Hmm… what *time* on Thursday the 17th, and what types of activities should I expect? Do you need a headcount?

Head count not necessary. No specific activities are planned except introductions and general discussion. In the past, it’s been very free-form and that’s worked well. Think web geek happy hour with laptops. This may change in the future, but probably not by much. If people want to have some activities, we’re totally open to suggestion. The main goal was just to keep it social and let people talk and share information freely, rather than having a speaker/organizer - audience scenario.

I would very much like to be part of this. I just hope I can find time come to the meetings. Thursday nights are absolutely terrible for me. I’ll be there, but probably late, unfortunately.
